Responsibilities
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders to align People strategy with business goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring great candidate experience.
Lead or contribute to talent acquisition projects.
Analyze recruitment data to drive better hiring decisions.
Work with global teams across time zones.
Requirements
At least have Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience around 1 to 3 years in full-cycle recruitment.
Proven success in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, resilient, with strong learning agility and passion for talent acquisition.
Strong HR fundamentals including confidentiality and professional ethics
