Overview

UI / UX Manager - Telco Enterprise Order Management at CSG. This role leads the design practice and elevates the overall product experience for the Q&O platform, an order management and quoting system used in enterprise environments.

Role and Responsibilities

We’re seeking an experienced UI / UX Manager who can lead our design practice and deliver a scalable, intuitive product experience. This hands-on design leader will balance people leadership, strategic thinking, and delivery execution in enterprise SaaS contexts (Telco, CPQ, BSS, Order Management, Banking / Financial Services or Logistics).

What you will do :

  • Define and deliver the design vision for the Q&O platform.
  • Lead and mentor a distributed team of UI / UX Designers.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
  • Stay hands-on with prototyping, research, A / B testing, and usability validation.
  • Champion DesignOps, accessibility, and usability across the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ensure timely delivery of designs.

Requirements

Core requirements include leadership experience and a strong design background in enterprise SaaS :

  • 7+ years in UI / UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms (Telco, CPQ, BSS, Order Management, Banking / Financial Services strongly preferred).
  • Ability to balance leadership with hands-on design (prototyping, user research, A / B testing, usability validation).
  • Experience building and scaling design systems in Figma or equivalent tools.
  • Strong knowledge of DesignOps frameworks and scaling design maturity.
  • Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to translate insights into actionable design outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with global, distributed teams across time zones.
  • A strong portfolio showing leadership impact and hands-on design execution.
