Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach and negotiate with BIG marts and supermarket chains to secure shelf space for our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small retailers to ensure consistent orders and visibility.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including booth setups at carnivals and events.
  • Monitor product display, ensure stock availability, and follow up with outlets on re-orders.
  • Handle basic collection of payments from smaller retailers when required.
  • Attend weekly meeting to report on sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Persistence and confidence in approaching retailers and supermarket buyers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in FMCG sales, retail distribution, or merchandising is not compulsory but an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with results-driven mindset.
  • Has own transport
