Responsibilities :
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Ensure sales and collection targets are achieved.
- Responsible for the preparation of sales and marketing budgets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of advertising, promotion (A&P), and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all sales-related records and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to adapt and maintain a competitive edge.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG and / or food service industry.Knowledge of online sales and digital marketing is an added advantage.Able to communicate in Mandarin and / or other Chinese dialects is required (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients).Self-motivated, independent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Must possess own vehicle and a valid driving license.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Medical Benefits, Celebrations / Lucky Draw, etc.
