Mechanical Design Engineer

• Conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing automation machine, jigs and fixture based on customer requirements and industry standards
• Preparing detailed engineering drawings and bills of materials (BOMs) for fabrication and assembly
• Prepare Machine Operation Manual and documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines
• Conducting detailed analyses, simulations, and testing to validate design performance and identify areas for improvement
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering
• Support mechanical assembly, machine setup, and perform troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Liaise with customers on design, materials / components selection and product -functionality and quality issues
