Overview

HR Manager @ SleekFlow | SaaS & AI startup space. SleekFlow is a rapidly growing AI startup building a Conversational AI platform that integrates with popular channels and automates growth across sales, marketing, and support teams. We offer equity options and a chance to take on a larger role as the company expands.

SleekFlow has developed an all-in-one Omnichannel Conversation AI Suite that drives conversions through conversations. Our platform integrates with WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, and more to provide comprehensive communication solutions and automate growth for enterprises.

Prior Experience in the SaaS / Software Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage the sales process, including positioning, presentation / demonstration of product, and closing warm leads generated by marketing and sales development.
  • Full sales cycle responsibilities, including positioning, presentation / demonstration of product, and closing.
  • Managing complex sales cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of SleekFlow's software.
  • Maintain a hunter mindset – develop territory plans, source leads & opportunities, and generate curiosity to secure first meetings with target accounts.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while delivering satisfaction and referenceable customers.
  • Demonstrate our product via video conferencing or on-site visits.
  • Involved in our Southeast Asia Market Expansion.
  • Stay abreast of trends in internet technology and e-commerce.

Requirements & Desired Skills

  • Degree in Business or related field (preferred).
  • Sales track record with consistent quota attainment (top 5–10%).
  • Able to quickly grasp complex solutions and navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong business acumen with structured thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Curious and customer-centric – skilled in uncovering needs through active listening and sharp questioning.
  • Excellent communicator with confidence and adaptability across different buyer personas.
  • Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin (required).
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot); marketing exposure is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with strong skills in software and AI adoption, including CRM tools and digital productivity platforms.
  • Bonus : Background in consulting, agency, or strategic client-facing roles involving solution pitching and stakeholder alignment.
