Job descriptionDevelop and update quality-related PPAP documentation (e.g., MSA, CP, SIP, SPC, GRR, etc.); 制定／更新质量相关的 PPAP 文件（如：MSA、CP、SIP、SPC、GRR 等）； -Follow up and handle quality issues during both new and existing product development and production processes; 负责新旧产品开发及生产过程中质量异常的跟进与处理； -Analyze and verify product inspection methods and standards, and update them regularly; 分析并验证产品的检验方法与标准，并定期进行更新； -Supervise the creation of process limit samples and ensure the effectiveness of error-proofing jigs or measurement tools; 监督制程限度样品的制作，及时识别防错治具或量测工具的有效性； -Conduct regular MSA and daily maintenance for measuring tools used by IPQC; 定期对 IPQC 使用的量检具进行 MSA 和日常维护管理； -Coordinate product audits and follow up on corrective actions for any non-conformities; 统筹产品审核工作，并跟进审核不符合项的改善措施； -Analyze and evaluate product quality and stability based on inspection data; 根据质量检验数据，定期分析产品的品质状况和稳定性； -Handle or lead customer complaint meetings, follow up on corrective actions, and submit 8D reports; 处理或主导客户投诉会议，跟进改善对策，并提交 8D 报告； -Plan and implement quality knowledge training for internal staff. 规划并实施对内部人员的质量知识培训。 [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-chy-technology-m-sdn-bhd-job-quality-engineer-qe-engineer] Diploma or above, proficient in quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5Why, PDCA, Fishbone Diagram), statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP), and Microsoft Office; 大专及以上学历，熟练使用质量工具（如 8D、5Why、PDCA、鱼骨图等）、统计分析软件（如 Minitab、JMP）及 Office 办公软件； -At least 3 years of QE experience in the connector assembly industry, with the ability to independently resolve process issues; 具备 3 年以上连接器行业组装段 QE 岗位经验，能独立处理制程异常问题； -Strong judgment, communication, decision-making, coordination, learning, and innovation skills. 具备良好的判断力、沟通力、决策力、协调力、学习力与创新能力。
