Requirements
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admin or HR role
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be able to read, write and converse in Mandarin
- Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day office administration tasks (e.g., filing, purchasing, office supplies, etc.)Manage employee records and HR documentationAssist in recruitment processes including job posting, interview coordination, and onboardingMaintain attendance, leave records, and assist in monthly payroll preparationLiaise with government agencies (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, LHDN) for statutory submissionsSupport HR-related policies and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment lawsOrganise company events and employee engagement activitiesProvide general support to other departments as neededBenefits
