Job descriptionManage the day-to-day accounting operation activities such as data entry accounting system. -Manage the office fixed cost payment and ensure the payment has been made before the deadline. (Eg. Season Parking Pass Card, Photocopier Machine Rental, Utilities Bill, and Office Building Maintenance) -Record entries of invoices and receipts accurately and timely into the system. -Verify and process the employee’s monthly expenses claim. -Ensure that all documents are proper filing and organized. -Provide general administrative support in daily business operations activities and office administration. -Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned from superior from time to time.
