Responsibilities :

Proactively promote travel packages to local customers via calls and WhatsApp.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolve their concerns, and close deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Consistently achieve daily sales targets.

Communicate confidently and professionally with customers.

Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.

Requirements :

• A minimum qualification of a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.
• Background in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, or Marketing is an added advantage.
• Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and have a positive working attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
