Requirements

  • Min SPM and Above
  • Can speak, read, and listening in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Fresh Graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
  • Working hour : Mon-Fri; 9am-6pm
  • Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.

Responsibilities

  • To assist customer and provide good customer service experience to customer.
  • Provide immediate solution and channel issues to the right platforms if possible.
  • Escalate customer complaints and compliments in timely manner.
  • Replying inbound call, email and live chats.
