Requirements

Min SPM and Above
Can speak, read, and listening in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Fresh Graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
Working hour : Mon-Fri; 9am-6pm
Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.

Responsibilities

To assist customer and provide good customer service experience to customer.

Provide immediate solution and channel issues to the right platforms if possible.

Escalate customer complaints and compliments in timely manner.

Replying inbound call, email and live chats.
