Job descriptionAssist in preparing technical and commercial tender submissions. Liaise with engineers, vendors, and distributors to collect specifications, pricing, and documents. Interpret BOQs, scope of work, and technical requirements from tender documents. Compile datasheets, proposal content, LOA / LOS / LOW, engineer CVs, and other supporting materials. Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Excel) to improve quality and productivity. Attend tender briefings and site visits when required. Prioritize and manage multiple tender tasks with tight deadlines. Maintain organized documentation and submission templates.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Basic understanding or keen interest in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity.
- Strong desire to learn, improve, and grow within the company.
- Good organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written & spoken).
- Willing to work full-time at Radia Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
- Able to travel for tender briefings and client site visits.
- Open to PROTÉGÉ Ready-To-Work (RTW) applicants.
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
