Job Responsibilities :
Manage daily operations related to the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of fresh produce.Monitor cold chain processes and maintain strict temperature control across all logistics stages.Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of quality produce.Build and maintain strong working relationships with farmers, suppliers, and vendors.Implement and monitor compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO, etc.Partner with QA / QC teams to inspect incoming goods and address quality concerns efficiently.Ensure adherence to relevant local and international food safety and handling regulations.Drive process enhancements to boost operational efficiency and minimize waste and costs.Analyze operational data and prepare reports on yield, wastage, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines.Requirements :
Degree in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in fresh food operations, cold chain logistics, or managing perishables.In-depth understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or related food safety standards.Strong leadership capabilities and effective problem-solving and organizational skills.Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.Prior experience with supermarket supply chains, central kitchens, or food e-commerce is an advantage.Familiarity with regulations governing the import / export of perishable productsQualified and interested candidates may apply online or email your updated resume to balqis @ talentrecruit.com.my
