Overview

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR, PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL

Motosikal Dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Production Planning & Control to join our dynamic team in Gurun, Kedah. This full-time position is integral to ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehousing operations, production planning, and inventory control.

What you’ll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of materials and finished goods
Developing and implementing effective production planning strategies to optimise workflow and minimise downtime
Maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing robust control measures to ensure timely availability of materials
Coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align supply and demand
Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational efficiency

What we’re looking for

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry

Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software

A relevant diploma or professional certification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
