Job Description

  • Translate organizational strategy into actionable roadmaps and build a high‑performing team.
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure solutions using cutting‑edge platforms.
  • Oversee CI / CD practices, code reviews, and meet ambitious delivery targets.
  • Manage platform operations, compliance, and service availability.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams and regional stakeholders for successful outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise‑wide digital transformation with measurable impact.
  • Architect solutions for scalability, security, and resilience.

Qualifications

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 10+ years of experience in automation and low‑code platforms (OutSystems and / or UiPath).
  • Strong technical foundation in APIs, front‑end and back‑end frameworks, databases, and security practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of 15 developers in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with a track record of delivering complex solutions.
  • Knowledge of banking processes, ITIL certification, and regional project exposure.
