What You'll Do
Laptop Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS errors, and network connectivity issues.Routine Maintenance : Perform updates, antivirus scans, and disk cleanups to optimise performance.Setup and Configuration : Install and configure laptops, peripherals, and software applications.Record Management : Maintain detailed support request and resolution logs in the ticketing system.Team Collaboration : Work with IT team members to solve complex technical problems and implement solutions.Tech Awareness : Stay current with advancements in laptop hardware and software technologies.Documentation : Create and update IT processes and procedures for laptop support.Additional Tasks : Provide support for other IT-related activities as needed.What We're Looking For
