The Person

1. Academic Qualifications

Minimum : High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred : Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2. Work Experience

At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Knowledge

Understanding of sales techniques and customer behavior.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Awareness of market trends and competitor offerings.

4. Skills

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills with effective time management.

Ability to adapt to diverse client needs, remain goal-oriented, and maintain a client-focused approach.

The Job

Identify and engage prospective clients through outreach and networking.

Present products or services to meet client needs and objectives.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed quotas.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies and achieve targets.

Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Communicate client feedback and market insights to management.
