Job Description :
Property Sales : Sell company's residential and commercial properties and achieve sales targets.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Property Presentation and Consultation : Conduct property viewings, answer client questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and competition, identify sales opportunities.
Contract Handling : Assist clients with signing sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
Sales Reporting : Regularly report sales progress and client feedback to management.
Customer Service : Provide post-sale support and address client concerns.
Job Requirement :
Education : SPM, Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields preferred.
Experience : At least 1 year of sales experience, real estate experience is a plus.
Communication Skills : Good verbal communication skills, able to build relationships with clients. Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Sales Skills : Strong negotiation and closing skills to meet sales targets.
Market Knowledge : Basic understanding of the real estate market and relevant regulations.
Customer Service : Focus on customer needs and providing excellent service.
Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, Canva and CapCut.
Self-Motivated : Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Team Player : Good team collaboration skills and able to work with other departments.
Flexibility : Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Mobility : Willing to travel and station at different sales galleries as required by superior
Commitment : Required to attend meetings and training sessions at the headquarters.
