What You'll Do :

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Oversee billing procedures, including invoicing and payment tracking.

Conduct regular audits of payroll and billing data for accuracy.

Collaborate with finance and HR departments to resolve discrepancies.

Generate reports related to payroll expenses and billing metrics.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in payroll and billing functions.

What We’re Looking For :

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (fresh grads welcomed).

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with payroll software is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
