What you'll be doing?

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize operations and drive business growth.

Team Leadership : Guide and mentor a diverse team across Material Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics functions.

Forecasting and Inventory Management : Utilize your expertise to enhance demand planning and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Supplier Relationships : Cultivate and manage relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

System Optimization : Leverage your knowledge of SAP / MRP systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Performance Improvement : Identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

Who are they looking for?

Extensive Experience : Bring at least 15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.

Leadership Prowess : Demonstrate a strong track record in leading full-scale supply chain functions and driving teams to success.

Strategic Thinker : Show your ability to plan strategically, forecast accurately, and manage inventory and supplier relationships effectively.

Tech-Savvy : Possess familiarity with SAP / MRP systems to optimize supply chain processes.

Communication Expert : Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Resilient and Proactive : Embody a hands-on approach with strong ownership, results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Multilingual Proficiency : Demonstrate fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to facilitate smooth communication across various business contexts.
