Job descriptionAssist the Production Manager in managing day-to-day operations. Supervise production activities to ensure products meet quality standards for QA checks and on-time delivery to customers with zero quality issues. Ensure all production processes strictly follow ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements. Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) to ensure accuracy and traceability throughout production stages. Identify and implement opportunities for production improvement, process efficiency, and waste reduction. Coordinate with QA, Purchasing, Sales, and other relevant departments for smooth production flow. Maintain records and reports as required by ISO standards and internal SOPs. Train and guide production workers on quality and safety procedures.
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
- Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
