The

Field Service Engineer

will focus on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products / equipment including : Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up. Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs. Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business. The Field Service Engineer may resolve / troubleshoot implementation problems and / or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.

How You'll Make An Impact

• You will perform field service operations with strong technical skills.
• You will deliver outstanding services remotely or on-site, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• You will exceed customer expectations by understanding and anticipating their needs, troubleshooting equipment failures and proactively preventing issues.
• You will identify and resolve electrical or mechanical problems with minimal assistance and develop potential sales and business opportunities through customer knowledge.
• You will suggest product and process improvements to enhance operations.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
