What You'll Do

• Develop and implement quality protocols for suppliers
• Cover surface treatments and injection-molded parts
• Audit and inspect suppliers to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with procurement on quality control strategies
• Resolve supplier quality issues and implement corrective action
• Manage returns and inspection of defective parts
• Communicate defects and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain documentation of quality processes and audits
• Prepare reports highlighting KPIs and improvement areas
• Ensure parts meet specifications, standards, and regulations
• Work with engineering to review and update specifications
