Job descriptionProvide legal advice and support on corporate and commercial matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to safeguard the organization's interests. Support and advise on Mergers & Acquisitions. Assist in managing disputes, including liaising with external counsel when necessary. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all legal agreements and contracts. Conduct legal research and keep the organization updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations. Develop and deliver training to internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters. Provide risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for business operations. Support the Legal department in implementing corporate governance policies and procedures. A recognized degree in Law from an accredited institution. 7 years PQE and above. Proven expertise in corporate law, contracts, and compliance within the industrial / manufacturing industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively. The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address legal risks effectively.
