Job descriptionCollaborate with senior enterprise architects and business stakeholders to develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint across business, application, data, and technology domains. Support the definition of architecture principles, standards, and governance processes aligned with enterprise goals. Work with business units to analyze current‑state architectures, identify gaps, and propose target‑state solutions. Develop and maintain application and technology inventories, including system relationships, data flows, and integration maps. Assist in portfolio rationalization and application modernization efforts (cloud migration, legacy transformation, etc.). Create and maintain architecture artifacts such as capability models, value streams, roadmaps, and solution landscapes. Conduct impact analysis for new initiatives and assess compliance with architectural standards. Participate in architecture review boards (ARB) and contribute to documentation, recommendations, and technical evaluations. Support the adoption and configuration of the enterprise architecture tool (Bizzdesign or equivalent such as Sparx EA, MEGA HOPEX, LeanIX, etc.). Liaise with solution architects and technical leads to ensure solution designs align with enterprise standards. 12–15 years of total IT experience, including at least 4–6 years in enterprise or solution architecture roles. Proven understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate. Experience with EA tools – Bizzdesign, MEGA, LeanIX, Sparx EA, or similar. Strong knowledge of application architecture, integration patterns, data architecture concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Ability to create clear and structured architecture deliverables and visualizations. Experience in stakeholder management and working with cross‑functional teams in complex environments. Exposure to business capability modeling, digital transformation, or IT strategy planning is highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Certification in TOGAF, ArchiMate, or Bizzdesign preferred. Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments. Prior exposure to architecture governance, IT portfolio management, or enterprise road‑mapping initiatives. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
Client Tool Environment : Bizz design (experience with any EA tool acceptable)
Work Location : Within KL
Tenure : 12 months & renewable contract roles
About the Role
- We are seeking a highly skilled and business-focused Junior Enterprise Architect to support the organization’s enterprise architecture initiatives and drive alignment between business strategy, IT landscape, and digital transformation goals.
- The ideal candidate will have solid experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, application portfolio management, and technology road mapping, with hands‑on knowledge of any industry‑standard EA tools (Bizz design preferred but not mandatory).
