Maintenance Executive role at Aicha Food MY Sdn Bhd

Job Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
  • Oversee and maintain spare parts and equipment inventory to support smooth operations.
  • Track stock usage, replenishment needs, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records.
  • Customer Service
  • Provide prompt and professional support to outlets and franchisees regarding technical or maintenance‑related concerns.
  • Guide outlet staff on basic troubleshooting and equipment usage.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve service issues effectively.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a professional and solution‑driven manner.
  • Technical Maintenance
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company machinery, including ice cream machines, ice machines, blenders, boilers, sealing machines, fructose dispensers and pearl pots.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Deliver training to outlet staff on equipment operation and minor troubleshooting procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive service logs and technical records.
  • Construction & Renovation
  • Plan, manage and coordinate outlet construction, renovation and installation projects.
  • Review technical drawings, layouts and contractor proposals to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress, quality and safety.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet required specifications.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Administration & Reporting
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports covering maintenance activities, project updates and inventory status.
  • Record and document service histories, project progress and cost tracking.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Ensure all administrative records are well‑organized and properly maintained.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to outlets and project sites as required.
