Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in any related field—Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply / 持有任何相关领域的文凭或学位,欢迎应届毕业生申请!
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail / 具备较强的分析能力和关注细节的习惯。
  • Able to read and write traditional mandarin
  • SPM with solid deskbound corporate experience can be considered too. 拥有扎实办公室文职经验的 SPM 毕业生亦可考虑。

Responsibilities

  • Manage records, documents, and data accuracy / 负责管理记录、文档及数据准确性。
  • Ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies / 确保工作流程顺畅,并符合公司政策。
  • Handle inquiries and maintain stakeholder relationships / 处理咨询并维护利益相关者关系。
  • Investigate transaction exceptions and implement solutions to streamline processes / 调查交易异常情况,并实施优化流程的解决方案。
