About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mortgage & Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Jaguar Solutions Sdn Bhd (Klang Jaguar Group). In this full-time role based in Klang, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in assisting customers with their mortgage and finance needs, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on mortgage products and financial solutions
  • Assisting customers with the application and approval process for mortgages and other finance options
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique financial requirements
  • Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest mortgage and finance industry trends and regulations
  • Collaborating with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the customer journey

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the mortgage or finance industry
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, financing options, and the related regulatory landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to contribute to the overall success of the organisation
