The Product Experience Lead will be the key driver in equipping employees, onboarding specialists, and technical support teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to deliver outstanding product experiences to our customers.
This role begins with a focus on developing and delivering in-house product training, as well as preparing structured product kits and resources. With proven performance, the role will evolve to include manage the SOP for Onboarding Specialist Team and Technical Support Team, ensuring alignment across all customer-facing enablement functions.
