The Employee shall perform the following duties specified by the Employer.

Perform advanced diagnostic and repair work on various types of cranes.

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment breakdowns.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to resolve complex problems.

Utilize specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to analyze and repair crane systems.

Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to understand crane functions and troubleshoot issues.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.

Ensure all repairs and maintenance are conducted in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Mentor and train junior mechanics and apprentices, providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Oversee and coordinate repair activities, ensuring efficient and effective completion of tasks.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Generate detailed reports on equipment status, repair actions, and safety inspections.

Job Requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical repair and maintenance.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Proficient in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining mechanical systems and components.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, service manuals and repair software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership abilities and team coordination.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if needed.
