Manager, FMO Fiduciary & Fund Services Operation
Overview
Director-level position within Fiduciary & Fund Services Operations responsible for delivering service and reports to country stakeholders / clients in accordance with requirements and agreed timelines, managing fund administration processes, and supporting process improvements and risk controls.
Responsibilities
- Deliver service and reports to country stakeholders / clients in line with the Services Level Memorandum (SLM) and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Record and disburse dividends by payment or reinvestment.
- Calculate and disburse payments of fees to investment managers / advisors, custodians, administrators and other service providers as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of each deliverable and adherence to Fund Offering Memorandum and related documents such as the fund’s SLM.
- Ensure accurate capture of trades / prices / Reporting / Payment processing for all countries served.
- Ensure fund administration service fees are settled in a timely manner.
- Support Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager and handle / deliver assigned ad hoc projects within deadlines.
- Manage and mitigate risks to clients and the Bank / Group by ensuring prompt and accurate reporting, timely rectification and monitoring of discrepancies.
- Provide accurate statistics relating to Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to help measure and meet division objectives.
- Conduct RCA (root cause analysis) and focus on reduction of repeated errors.
- Train new joiners and provide regular updates on process changes, incorporating changes into DOI (Departmental Operating Instructions).
- Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls, periodic monitoring of activities, and timely resolution of risk issues.
- Ensure successful completion of BCP / DR tests at required frequencies.
