Main Responsibilities

• Inspection and testing : Regular examination of cases for defects, non-compliance, or deviations from SLA.
• Review of reports : Develop guidelines and standard practices for data analysis and documentation.
• Analyzing test results : Use statistical analysis to identify trends and improve future performance.
• Documentation and records : Keep detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions for traceability and accountability.
• Report findings : Document and report performance results to management.
• Recommend improvements : Propose measures to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Training and education : Provide employees with the necessary skills to maintain quality standards.
• Continuous improvement : Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the quality management system.
