Requirements
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology / Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering or any related field
- FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. On-The-Job training will be provided.
- Willing to work on shift (3 cycle rotation)
Responsibilities
To plan and monitor tasks for subordinate and intervene in cases of deviations.To monitor network status, analyze all alarms accordingly and escalates to the respective teams when necessary.To supervise the subordinates in informing technicians to check on problems reported by the customers and inform the customers accordingly.To supervise and check for accuracy of documentation of all communications occurred, preparation of documents for breakdowns and the opening of dockets.Benefits
