Job description

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology / Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering or any related field
  • FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. On-The-Job training will be provided.
  • Willing to work on shift (3 cycle rotation)

Responsibilities

  • To plan and monitor tasks for subordinate and intervene in cases of deviations.
  • To monitor network status, analyze all alarms accordingly and escalates to the respective teams when necessary.
  • To supervise the subordinates in informing technicians to check on problems reported by the customers and inform the customers accordingly.
  • To supervise and check for accuracy of documentation of all communications occurred, preparation of documents for breakdowns and the opening of dockets.
