Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for loan documentation and disbursements. Monitor and ensure deliverables are achieved within set standard.
Liaison with solicitor / valuer and ARM to ensure documentations are in order / perfected in accordance with internal policies and in line with regulatory and legal requirements. Alert management if there are issues of concern which requires further attention.
Responsible for the accuracy of data creation / maintenance for accounts under his / her portfolio.
Ensure compliance to internal guideline & procedures for timely monitoring and tracking of all pre and post disbursement conditions imposed.
Monitor and follow up on security documents.
Attend to customer’s request / issues, resolve and respond to it effectively.
Collaborate with team to ensure timely disbursement of loans and managing customer expectations for both internal and external customers to promote good customer experience.
To maintain proper records and audit trails for all work related matters, source documents, manuals and to ensure not placing the Bank in any compromising situation.
Assist in preparation of management / ad-hoc reports.
Job Requirements :
Candidate with at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Business Administration or equivalent.
1-2 years of working experience in the financial industry with experience in loan documentation unit / credit administration.
Fresh Graduates / Entry level applicants who are interested to start their career in Credit Administration field are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
Possess knowledge of consumer banking products and services as well as regulations governing the consumer banking business and products will be an added advantage.
Good written and oral communication skills in English and ability to interact effectively with people at different levels.
PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
Self-motivated with a strong drive and ability to work with minimum supervision.
