  • Lead and manage the copywriting team, providing mentorship, direction, and performance feedback. -Own the quality and consistency of all written content across social media, digital campaigns, and branded materials. -Develop strategic content frameworks tailored to each client’s objectives, target audience, and platform. -Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Account Managers to align messaging with visuals and client expectations. -Review and refine creative briefs to ensure clarity and strategic direction. -Set standards and guidelines for tone of voice, brand messaging, and editorial best practices. -Stay on top of content trends, platform changes, and audience behaviors to inform copy strategies. -Lead ideation and content planning sessions for new campaigns and pitches. -Manage timelines, workloads, and resource allocation for the copy team.   • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in copywriting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. -Proven track record of producing high-impact social media and digital content across industries. -Deep understanding of platform-specific writing styles (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.). -Strong grasp of brand voice, storytelling, and consumer psychology. -Excellent editing skills and a sharp eye for detail. -Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
