Responsibilities
- Program Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of semiconductor manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Project Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, R&D, production) and external partners to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
- Timeline & Budget Management : Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project milestones.
- Risk Management : Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, progress, and timely escalation of critical topics.
- Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high levels of product quality and safety.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead cross-departmental teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production.
- Supplier & Partner Management : Coordinate with suppliers and technology partners to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and services.
- KPI Reporting : Track and report on key performance indicators related to cost, schedule, and quality; create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications & Competencies
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.2‑5 years of experience in program management, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or a related high‑tech industry with high‑volume manufacturing.Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.Experience managing large‑scale, cross‑functional projects.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.Ability to read and interpret customer or engineering drawings.PMP or similar project‑management certification a plus.Our Commitment
