Program Engineer

Responsibilities

• Program Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of semiconductor manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Project Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, R&D, production) and external partners to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
• Timeline & Budget Management : Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project milestones.
• Risk Management : Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, progress, and timely escalation of critical topics.
• Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high levels of product quality and safety.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead cross-departmental teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production.
• Supplier & Partner Management : Coordinate with suppliers and technology partners to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and services.
• KPI Reporting : Track and report on key performance indicators related to cost, schedule, and quality; create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
