Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate calls and relocation of toner and spare parts to customer locations.
- Respond promptly to customer requests regarding supplies and replacements.
- Monitor inventory levels and request replenishments when necessary.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track shipment status and provide updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and customer transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues related to deliveries or stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Prepare basic reports on relocation activities and customer feedback.
- Support other customer service functions as needed.
