Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate calls and relocation of toner and spare parts to customer locations.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests regarding supplies and replacements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and request replenishments when necessary.
  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Track shipment status and provide updates to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and customer transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues related to deliveries or stock.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Prepare basic reports on relocation activities and customer feedback.
  • Support other customer service functions as needed.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : From RM3,000.00 per month
