Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design event-related visuals such as posters, banners, bunting, backdrops, brochures, invitations, stage designs, and digital media assets.
• Develop event branding, including logos, color schemes, and visual identity for each event.
• Collaborate with the event and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with event themes and client objectives.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital distribution, ensuring high-quality production output.
• Create engaging social media visuals, advertisements, and motion graphics to promote events.
• Work closely with suppliers (printers, fabricators, etc.) to ensure accuracy and quality of produced materials.
• Assist in on-site event setup for design elements (e.g., backdrop placement, signage layout).
• Maintain consistency of visual standards across all platforms and materials.
