Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing. Experience : Minimum of 10 years in a Nursing Managerial role, demonstrating comprehensive nursing knowledge and leadership skills. Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Council with a valid practising license. Strong leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, strategic planning, organization, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Supervision : Supervise Nurse Managers, Supervisors, and nursing staff to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Reporting : Report to the Chief Nursing Officer on daily operational issues within the nursing department. Quality Assurance : Conduct regular rounds with nurse managers to assess and monitor quality of care, legal responsibilities, and risk management practices. Patient Care Standards : Uphold high standards of care for all patients, ensuring their well-being and safety. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership : Provide effective leadership by aligning institutional and divisional missions, policies, and goals with nursing staff.
- Supervision : Supervise Nurse Managers, Supervisors, and nursing staff to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Reporting : Report to the Chief Nursing Officer on daily operational issues within the nursing department.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct regular rounds with nurse managers to assess and monitor quality of care, legal responsibilities, and risk management practices.
- Patient Care Standards : Uphold high standards of care for all patients, ensuring their well-being and safety.
