Job Description
- Lead, supervise, and manage the daily operations of the Body & Paint Department staff.
- Establish departmental objectives and set performance targets in line with company strategy.
- Plan, oversee, and monitor the department's annual operating budget to ensure cost efficiency.
- Design and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.
- Track technicians' productivity, review reports, and ensure accurate payroll documentation.
- Build strong relationships with insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth claims and repair processes.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for bodywork, ensuring transparency with customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to secure timely availability of required parts and materials.
- Supervise repair work progress to ensure compliance with Proton's SOPs and safety standards.
- Conduct quality control checks and random spot inspections on completed repairs to uphold service excellence and minimize repeat jobs.
