CATERING OFFICER, IKN PUTRAJAYA (EDEN CATERING)

Requirements :

Academic Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.

Skills & Knowledge

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and halal compliance.

Strong organizational and administrative skills (ordering, inventory, cost control).

Leadership and people management skills.

Good communication skills (able to liaise with clients, suppliers, and staff).

Basic financial knowledge (budgeting, costing, stock management).

Computer literacy (MS Office, catering / stock management systems).3.Other Requirements (depending on organization)

Valid driving license
