About Your Role

As maintenance engineer, you will take charge of responsible areas’ machine and facilities repair, upgrade, and lead the area’s equipment and facilities PM2 and PDM, failure analysis, and continuous improvement activities.

Your Responsibilities

• To fully meet company ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, PSM expectations.
• Be responsible for new projects design and acceptance validations and supervision of the contractor related work in terms of, follow the company safety, quality and facility rules.
• Hands-on problem solving skills.
• Be the coach of maintenance’s operation to be in line with SOP / WI (Loto, static control, electricity safety); ensure all team members’ operations are in accordance with developed procedures.
• Strong data analysis skills including MTBF and MTTR consciousness to support efficient plant operation.
• Be responsible for the development of work procedures as necessary; prepare procedures in time for plant commissioning / start-up.
• Ensure meeting with Operating Procedures for production effectively by coordinating with production, process and QA teams.
• Follow plant safety policy and work with the safety department to improve online process safety level and support online safety management.
