Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team at Precisetech Sdn Bhd in Perai, Penang. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources operations and initiatives. As a key member of our HR department, you will contribute to the overall success of the organisation by providing comprehensive HR services and implementing best practices.

What you’ll be doing

Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding
Administering and maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
Providing guidance and support to employees on HR‑related policies, procedures, and benefits
Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development programmes
Collaborating with managers to identify and address HR‑related issues and concerns
Assisting with the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals
Maintaining and updating HR‑related documentation, including employee handbooks and policy manuals

What we’re looking for

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a similar industry

Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and labour laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to manage HR‑related databases and systems

Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Adaptable to change and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
