Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and hospitality partners.
  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and promote tour packages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the unique value of Amazing Borneo.
  • Negotiate terms with partners to maximize profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights that inform sales strategies.
  • Represent Amazing Borneo at regional trade shows and networking events.
  • Stay current on market trends to identify new opportunities and guide product enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience : 5+ years in sales—experiential tourism, destination management, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Skills : Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Commercial Acumen : Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Communication : Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Korean) are beneficial.
  • Mindset : Proactive, strategic, and team-oriented, with a genuine passion for sustainable travel.
