Job description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and hospitality partners.
Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and client engagement.
Collaborate with marketing to design and promote tour packages tailored to diverse audiences.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the unique value of Amazing Borneo.
Negotiate terms with partners to maximize profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.
Track performance metrics and provide insights that inform sales strategies.
Represent Amazing Borneo at regional trade shows and networking events.
Stay current on market trends to identify new opportunities and guide product enhancement.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience : 5+ years in sales—experiential tourism, destination management, or hospitality is a plus.
Skills : Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Commercial Acumen : Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Communication : Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Korean) are beneficial.
Mindset : Proactive, strategic, and team-oriented, with a genuine passion for sustainable travel.
