JOB OVERVIEW : The Manager of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and operations. This includes leading a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems, and providing technical support to users.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work the general project schedule.
- Upgrade project progress as required.
- Manage Automation Framework Development – Framework Design :
- Draft System Automation Design.
- Manage Automation Framework Development – System Development.
- Manage System Automation Development – New Purchase :
- Prepare paperwork and detail specifications.
- Monitor installations on purchase.
- Manage System Automation Development – New System :
- Conduct discussion on new system request.
- Prepare and submit business requirement study (BRS) for user approval.
- Conduct new system development.
- Manage System Handover :
- Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) session and sign off.
- Conduct system training.
- Request and conduct development in live environment.
- Manage Effectiveness Monitoring – Inquiries & Complaint :
- Investigate issues from inquiry / complaint.
- Advise / rectify identified issues.
- Manage Effectiveness Monitoring – Monthly Report.
- Manage System Improvement – Existing System :
- Take note on alert on request for support.
- Conduct and update status of system support.
- Request and conduct system support in live environment.
- Notify requester that problem rectified.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management roles, with a track record of successful leadership and project delivery.Strong technical knowledge across a range of IT disciplines, including networks, systems, and security.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
