JOB OVERVIEW : The Manager of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and operations. This includes leading a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems, and providing technical support to users.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work the general project schedule.
• Upgrade project progress as required.
• Manage Automation Framework Development – Framework Design :
• Draft System Automation Design.
• Manage Automation Framework Development – System Development.
• Manage System Automation Development – New Purchase :
• Prepare paperwork and detail specifications.
• Monitor installations on purchase.
• Manage System Automation Development – New System :
• Conduct discussion on new system request.
• Prepare and submit business requirement study (BRS) for user approval.
• Conduct new system development.
• Manage System Handover :
• Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) session and sign off.
• Conduct system training.
• Request and conduct development in live environment.
• Manage Effectiveness Monitoring – Inquiries & Complaint :
• Investigate issues from inquiry / complaint.
• Advise / rectify identified issues.
• Manage Effectiveness Monitoring – Monthly Report.
• Manage System Improvement – Existing System :
• Take note on alert on request for support.
• Conduct and update status of system support.
• Request and conduct system support in live environment.
• Notify requester that problem rectified.
