Job description

Responsible for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware equipment within the company to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Provide IT technical support for employees of the company, answer questions about hardware use, and provide corresponding solutions.

Participate in hardware upgrade projects, evaluate the compatibility and performance of new equipment to improve work efficiency.

Record and track all maintenance activities to ensure that information is accurately entered into the system.

Cooperate with other team members to participate in the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure.
