This person is responsible to support the administrative and HR related matters in the company.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Review and validate monthly employee Expense Claims on Worksy in line with company policies.
  • Manage office administration matters such as tenancy agreements, licensing, invoice processing, vendor coordination, pantry & supplies.
  • Support HR operations including meeting minutes, L&D reports and training coordination.
  • Manage new joiner and exit processes, including access card activation, parking registration, updating employee directory and onboarding support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and record keeping of HR related matters.
  • Manage company social media (Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok).
  • Undertakes any other relevant duties requested by the superior from time to time

Job Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications

Diploma in Business Admin / Management / HR or any other related field

Experience

Minimum 1 year in administrative or general HR

Specific skills / abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Canva or any other editing tools.
  • Strong in organization skills and attention to details.
  • Good in time management and able to cope with tight deadlines.
