This person is responsible to support the administrative and HR related matters in the company.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Review and validate monthly employee Expense Claims on Worksy in line with company policies.
- Manage office administration matters such as tenancy agreements, licensing, invoice processing, vendor coordination, pantry & supplies.
- Support HR operations including meeting minutes, L&D reports and training coordination.
- Manage new joiner and exit processes, including access card activation, parking registration, updating employee directory and onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and record keeping of HR related matters.
- Manage company social media (Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok).
- Undertakes any other relevant duties requested by the superior from time to time
Job Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
Diploma in Business Admin / Management / HR or any other related field
Experience
Minimum 1 year in administrative or general HR
Specific skills / abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS ExcelStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in using Canva or any other editing tools.Strong in organization skills and attention to details.Good in time management and able to cope with tight deadlines.Seniority level
