VP of Engineering

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on VP of Engineering to lead our client's engineering function. You will oversee multiple engineering teams, set the technical vision, and work closely with product and business leaders to drive scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. • 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role -Proven track record of scaling and managing high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams -Strong experience in system architecture, scalability, and cloud-based infrastructure -Hands-on familiarity with modern tech stacks, especially Node.js -Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. -Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform -Solid understanding of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Mysql, MongoDB). -Background in fast-paced startups or regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, etc.) -Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills -Analytical and calm under pressure, with a lead-by-example mindset
