Job Descriptions :
- Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of SME and contractor clients for power tools and accessories.
- Leverage your existing client base to drive immediate conversions to EMTOP products.
- Develop B2B proposals and pricing structures tailored to client needs.
- Conduct cold calls, sales visits, demos, and presentations to win new business.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
- Work closely with the retail and marketing teams to align offers and drive repeat purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and account performance.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve our product-market fit and value proposition.
Requirements : - Minimum
5 years
of B2B sales experience, ideally in power tools, industrial supplies, hardware sectors, or similar.
Strong network of SME contractors and professionals in construction, woodworking, or automotive sectors.Proven ability to independently drive sales from cold outreach to closing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – fluent in conversing in Malay and MandarinResults-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.Willingness to travel locally and engage directly with client.
