About the role

VAM Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our property management services. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on various equipment and systems within our properties
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Carry out scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a high standard of service delivery
  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as required

What we\'re looking for

  • Relevant technical qualification or certification in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician, preferably in the property management industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of relevant tools and equipment
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
